Before training I offer a free assessment to determine your health history, strengths/weaknesses, discuss your goals, guide you on proper nutrition, and determine your expectations. This includes filling out a questionnaire, taking measurements, and a quick circuit to test your form, balance, strength, and cardio abilities. 

This all helps me plan your program in detail.
