Meet your trainer
My name is Chris Jones, founder of 3 Fold Fitness. I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor located in Columbia, SC. I received my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Winthrop University and I am certified in personal training with ACE (American Council of Exercise).

Fitness is my passion and it is evident in every session that I conduct. My ultimate goal is to teach the benefits that you can obtain when the mind, body and soul work in unison. Fitness is more than just an amazing body, it encompasses millions of health benefits from reversing sickness to increasing longevity.
My mission is to empower and enable my clients to reach a high quality life by providing multifaceted fitness programs. It's not always easy to stay in shape and dedicate time to your fitness when you're doing it alone.
At 3 Fold Fitness, I offer a degree of accountability and custom workouts designed to be fun, challenging and effective at producing results.

If you are looking for a more cost effective way to obtain your fitness goals, then joining a group of 2-3 participants may be the best the solution for you.
I can assign you to a group or you can bring your own. Grab your spouse, friend, or coworker and embark on your new journey.
